Private by design
Talk privately, device to device.
Start a room and send its link to the other device. Messages, calls and screens travel directly between the two, end-to-end encrypted; a relay is used only when no direct path exists.
The PeerLoop server can't be reached, but you can still connect directly: create a connection link and send it to the other person (they need PeerLoop installed, or opened once before). They send a reply link back, and you're connected.
That is not a PeerLoop room or connection link.
